Coffee and Cream started as a simple conviction: that the best food doesn't need a spotlight — it needs consistency, quality ingredients, and the patience to do it right. Every morning before dawn, our bakers are at work shaping dough, pulling loaves, and grinding beans.

Today we serve the Kooskia community with the same standard we set on day one. No shortcuts. No compromises. Just honest food made the way it should be.
